Modernly Faithful Community Conduct & Membership Policy
At Modernly Faithful, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for couples exploring ethical non-monogamy, connection, and authentic relationships.
Our goal is to help every couple feel comfortable, supported, and protected while engaging in our community, both online and at in-person events.
1. Membership & Participation
Modernly Faithful is a private, invitation-only community. Membership and participation are privileges extended to couples who share our values of openness, honesty, and respect.
All members agree to uphold these principles and follow community guidelines at all times.
2. Conduct Expectations
We hold ourselves — and one another — to a high standard of integrity and care.
To maintain a safe and healthy environment, we ask that all members:

Treat every person with kindness and respect.

Honor confidentiality — what happens in Modernly Faithful stays in Modernly Faithful.

Communicate clearly and obtain enthusiastic consent in all interactions.

Follow the directions of hosts and leadership during events.

Refrain from aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
Our community thrives on mutual trust. Anyone whose behavior compromises that trust may be subject to suspension or removal.
3. Leadership Authority
Modernly Faithful’s leadership team is responsible for safeguarding the well-being of our members and the reputation of our community.
Leadership reserves the right to make administrative decisions regarding:

Membership approval, suspension, or removal.

Event participation and guest invitations.

Access to private digital spaces and community communications.
These decisions are made collectively, thoughtfully, and always in the best interest of the community.
4. Event Access Policy
Our events are designed for active members in good standing.
To protect the comfort and safety of our community:

Former founders, withdrawn owners, or suspended members may not attend private or ticketed events during any review, withdrawal, or refund process.

Event access may be reinstated only with written approval from leadership.

Hosts and event staff are empowered to enforce these policies at check-in and during events.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
Discretion and confidentiality are at the heart of Modernly Faithful.
Members and guests agree not to share private communications, photographs, or identifying information without express permission.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from all community spaces.
6. Updates & Enforcement
This policy may be updated as our community grows and evolves.
Members are encouraged to review it periodically to stay informed.
By continuing to participate in Modernly Faithful activities, members acknowledge and agree to these terms.
